Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase! If not, here’s what you need to know:

• Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT only.

• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Sale items, gift cards, and personal care items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• Any items purchased with a 30% discount or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• Items must be in NEW condition (unworn, unwashed, odor-free) and in original packaging. We inspect all returns before issuing store credit.

• If we made a mistake (wrong color or size), we’ll exchange it if available; otherwise, store credit will be issued.

How to Start a Return

• Email me at drunkenkreationsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect, please send photos with email.
