Shipping policy

TAT is 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We are closed when USPS/UPS are closed. Tracking info will be emailed to you, please make sure you add your email when checking out. 

Processing time and shipping time are not the same. My turn around time is 7-14 business days, that is processing time. Shipping time starts when order is mailed. 

Please make sure all shipping information is correct before checking out. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your order is sent back to me, you are responsible for additional shipping fees.

Please email drunkenkreationsllc@gmail.com for help with lost packages.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped. If an issue occurs, contact us first—we’ll guide you on filing a claim with UPS or USPS.
